My package may be lost, what can I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us at support@dreambranding.com and we'll gladly assist you with the status of your order. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll gladly offer you the best solutions for your case.
A package may only be considered lost once it excedes its regular shipping times and the customer contacts the relevant post office and confirms the package is not there.
Please note lost packages must be reported within our standard refund time frame (https://dream.shop/policies/refund-policy) 90 days after the order shipped out.

For reference, our shipping times are below:


Standard Domestic shipping methods:
* USPS First Class Mail: 1-3 days.
* UPS Ground: 1-5 business days.
* FedEx Home Delivery: 1–5 days to deliver within the contiguous U.S. or 3–7 days if you're shipping to residential addresses in Alaska or Hawaii.


Express Domestic shipping methods:
* USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days.
* UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days.
* UPS 2nd Day Air: 48 hours.
* UPS Next Day Air: Next day.


Standard International shipping methods:
* GlobalPost Economy or Standard: 30-60 business days.
* USPS First Class Mail Intl: 6–20 business days.
* UPS WW Economy: 3-4 weeks.


Express International shipping methods:
* USPS Priority Mail Express Intl: 3–5 business days.
* UPS Worldwide Express Saver: 1-3 business days.
* UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days to and from US and Canada. 4-7 business days anywhere else.
